Ember & Vine comes from Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli of P Hospitality Management, the group behind local restaurants including Eddie & Vinny's and Dear Olivia. With Ember & Vine, they wanted to bring Coral Springs something fresh, flexible, and welcoming: a restaurant that works for everyday routines as much as special occasions.
